Please follow the steps below to solve the problem.
1. Please check if the side switch is OFF and muted.
2. For iPads, the side switch is also used as a [Screen Lock], so please change the iOS Settings - General - Side Switch item to Sound and then turn on the side switch and run the app again.
[Using apps] I have an iOS device and there is no sound in the app.
