You can change your subscription type for Google Play and the Apple Appstore only.
In the app's subscription purchase page, select the product you want to change and make your purchase. Depending on the policies of the store where you paid, the product will change as follows:
• If you paid on Google Play:
1) When changing from Monthly to Annual: When paying for an Annual subscription, the amount is prorated and automatically discounted based on the remaining period of the Monthly subscription. It will be changed to an Annual subscription on the day of purchase.
2) When changing from Annual to Monthly: When paying for a Monthly subscription, the remaining amount of the Annual subscription will be prorated and automatically discounted. It will be changed to a Monthly subscription on the day of purchase.
• If you paid on the Apple app store:
1) When changing from Monthly to Annual: When paying for an Annual subscription, the Monthly subscription is automatically discounted by prorating the amount based on the remaining period. It will change to an Annual subscription status on the day of purchase.
2) When changing from Annual to Monthly: After the Annual subscription expires, it will be renewed with the Monthly subscription product and price.
※ If you paid on the Amazon Appstore, please contact Amazon Appstore Customer Support to cancel the existing subscription and pay again for a new subscription.
※ If the store where you paid for the old subscription is different from the store for the new subscription, please cancel the payment at the old store and pay again at the new store.
