[Using apps] I'm subscribed to Pinkfong Plus, but I'm not allowed to use all apps.
Pinkfong
1. Check log in: Please check if you are logged in with the Pinkfong account linked to your Pinkfong Plus subscription purchase history. If you are not logged in or are logged in with an account that is not linked to your purchase history, you will not be able to use the Pinkfong Plus subscription service.
Restore your purchase: Click the [Restore] button at the bottom of this page.
Exit and reopen the app: If you have tried both step 1 and 2 and still cannot use the app, please exit the app completely and reopen it.
Check the lastest version: If the app version is low, you may not be able to use it. Please update the app to the latest version and try again. The app may also be unavailable if your device OS version is low. We recommend updating your device to the latest OS to ensure smooth app expereience. (For iOS users, Pinkfong Plus subscription plan and Pinkfong member accounts are only available on iOS 10 or later software versions.)
