To use paid content on other devices with your Pinkfong account, you need to link your purchase history in advance.
Please check if your purchase history has been linked in the following order.
1. Launch the app on the device you purchased.
2. If you are not logged in with your Pinkfong account, please log in to your account or sign up for membership.
* Membership product information is only linked to the first logged-in Pinkfong account at the time of purchase or immediately after purchase.
3. Please check if the paid content is running normally within the app. If it is a free version, please check the payment history of Google Play/Apple Appstore/Amazon Appstore.
