You can check your subscription status in the apps' product slot on the subscription purchase page(top right ticket button).
If your plan is not listed on the current page, the plan is suspended from sale or operation and cannot be checked on the current page.
If you are unable to check your subscription, please follow the steps below.
1. Click the top Setting/Parents button of the app's main screen and log in to the Pinkfong account.
2. Click My Account/My Subscription.
3. Check the status of your subscription at the [Subscription Info.].
If you can't see your subscription information, please follow the steps below.
• If you paid on Google Play:
Play Store App - Select top right profile button - Payment & Subsciptions
• If you paid on the Apple app store:
Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions
• If you paid on the Amazon app store:
Amazon App Store - Select My Apps from the bottom menu - Subscriptions
